Today, University Press of Mississippi has released a substantial excerpt<\/a> of my recent, co-edited volume on comics pedagogy (I blogged about the book here<\/a>). This free PDF is nearly half of the entire volume and my co-editors and I encourage you to read, share, and discuss the included chapters in this time of sheltering and social distancing.<\/p>\n

As I noted on Twitter the other night,\u00a0I have been reaching out to publishers to open up access to various books I’ve worked on that might be of interest for teachers and researchers as we shelter in place across the globe. This is the first project that responded back. I’m encouraging other authors and publishers to do the same.<\/p>\n
